BENJAMIN child Support Society is pleased to announce its official participation in the “TRANSPARENCY INITIATIVE: Partnership for the COMMON GOOD” project.

This project aims to highlight the transparent and reliable operation and contribution of Civil Society organizations in Greek society.

Through the initiative “TRANSPARENCY INITIATIVE: Collaboration for the COMMON GOOD” the productive contribution to the public debate and the effort to highlight the transparency of Civil Society organizations, which is already integrated into their mode of operation as a core value, is attempted.

In addition, the open and constructive relationship between organizations and citizens is created and strengthened, restoring their credibility and building cooperative relations with the State.

To achieve this, measures are proposed to promote transparency. Measures such as the obligation to publish the current Articles of Association, as well as the Financial Statements on an annual basis, the implementation of transparent management and resource allocation procedures, the establishment of strict regulations and ethical codes, the constant informing of the public about their activities, the active participation of volunteers in internal procedures and decisions.
