On Friday 6/28, the celebration of the “BENIAMIN” Child Support Society took place with complete success, in the welcoming space of Mooven Baguette Cafe. Young and old enjoyed carefree moments, “welcomed” the summer holidays, and shared the important “messages” of the Association.

With faith in the slogan that governs the values of “BENJAMIN”, “we change the life of any child we support”, a rich buffet was offered -plenty of food and refreshing drinks-,

At the same time, volunteers from various specialties entertained the children with various activities such as games, and non-stop music.

The event was graced with the presence of, among others, Mr. Komninos Delveroudis, Member of Parliament for Pieria with Niki, the Regional Councilor and director of the Second Chance School Mrs. Chrysavgi Drista – Lafatzi, the representative of the Mayor and deputy mayor for cleaning Mr. Ilias Tapras, the Deputy Mayor for Local Economic Development Mr. Thomas Anastasiadis, the Deputy Mayor of Social Protection and Public Health Mr. Savvas Karypidis and Mr. Michalis Georgiadis Deputy Mayor of Preschool Education and Creative Employment Services.

The people of “BENIAMIN” warmly thank the members of the Board of Directors of the Port Fund Mr. Asterio Bousnakis, Gianni Papadopoulos, Dimitris Almaliotis, Kehagiopoulos Polyxenis and Sassani Vassilis for their important contribution to the organization of our celebration.

Also many thanks for the practical help to the DIOS company and Mrs. Elissavet Mendekidou, who provided bottled water for all the attendees.

Special thanks also to the Chamber of Pieria for its valuable contribution, and to the president Ilias Hatzichristodoulou who, due to a meeting held in Crete, could not attend the celebration.
